The hotel is located in a beautiful mountainous area, perfect for families who enjoy outdoor activities and nature. the swimming pool is a great addition for hot summer days. the hotel offers a delicious breakfast and dinner, with the possibility to cook freshly caught fish from the hotel's own stream.
The facilities and service at the hotel fall short. the water in the room is not drinkable, and guests need to purchase expensive bottled water from the restaurant.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, offering fantastic mountain views and clean, fresh air. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and protected swimming pool that was a welcomed addition during the heatwave. We also enjoyed the large back yard, where we could play football and other sports like badminton. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast and dinner provided were both delicious. we were extremely happy with our stay and plan to return in the future.
No negatives from this place.

The christmas decorations were nice and there was a cozy fire in the fireplace. the hot chocolate and apple cider were delicious. the location was ideal for winter sports, being close to the ski area and ice rink.
The room was not clean and some of the furniture was broken. the staff was mostly unfriendly and unhelpful.

Enjoyed the Christmas decorations in the lobby and the cozy fireplace in the lounge area. The location was perfect for a winter getaway, surrounded by stunning mountain views and with easy access to nearby ski slopes. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to offer suggestions for local activities.
The food at the restaurant was below par, with limited options and poor quality. The room was cold and drafty, even with the heating on high, and the bathroom had a strange musty smell.
